Please review these Subscription Terms & Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data, as well as your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.

1. Bi-Monthly Subscriptions

The Bi-monthly book subscription (also referred to as "Subscription", "Box," or "Subscription Box") ships in January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October and November/December. Each Box contains 2 special edition hardcover books selected by the Grimoire&Alchemy team. If you sign up for a Bi-Monthly Subscription, your card will be authorized for $80 once to confirm your card, thereafter you will be charged $80 (as a nonrefundable purchase) in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December. Your subscription will automatically renew every other month. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription. We do not permit gift cards as a valid form of tender for the Subscription plan due to our ongoing billing cycles and authorizations.

 

2. Product Descriptions

We try to make the listings and website thorough and accurate for our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item unavailability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are bi-monthly and automatically renew. If you'd like to cancel your Subscription, please make sure to do so before the 5th of the month prior to the next installment; otherwise you will be billed for the next box. You will be notified prior to shipment and provided an opportunity to cancel your Subscription by contacting us at help@grimoireandalchemy.com and requesting the cancellation. You can also cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the website. There are no cancellation fees. We will permit 2 skips per calendar year on Subscriptions starting in January 2025.

 

4. Return Policy

All Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. In the case that your Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email at help@grimoireandalchemy.com within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders, 30 days for international orders. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Grimoire&Alchemy.

5. Shipping

Grimoire&Alchemy offers standard U.S. shipping with USPS, or standard international shipping with USPS. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the Box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. 

 

Please contact us at help@grimoireandalchemy.com if you need to update your shipping address before the 5th of the month prior to receiving your next box.

 

6. Eligibility

By using our Site, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, OR LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER, LOSS OF DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITY OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES, OPERATION OF THE SITES OR SERVICES, OR ACTIONS REGARDING THIRD PARTIES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING EXPRESS CONTRACT, IMPLIED CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, OR MISREPRESENTATION, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US FOR PRODUCTS AND FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES AND $100 USD. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITES, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
