What is Grimoire&Alchemy

We offer a bi-monthly special edition book box subscription with spicy artistic covers. All books are foiled hardcovers, with a clear foiled dust jacket censor, edges, end pages and interior formatting unless otherwise noted. All books are signed by the authors. The boxes may contain a series split into 2 volumes, a duet, or two books by two different authors that match that month’s theme. 


What kind of books do you offer?

We feature dark, taboo, monster, paranormal, contemporary, fantasy and more! 


How much does it cost?

A subscription is $80 bi-monthly, not including taxes, fees & shipping.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates are calculated by the carriers. All VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 


What payment methods are available?

We accept shoppay and all major credit cards and debit cards.

 


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 


My items were damaged during shipping/my box is lost, what do I do?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email at help@grimoireandalchemy.com within 7 days of receiving your order (for domestic orders) or 30 days of receiving your order (for international orders).

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please be sure to provide detailed information, including your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable. 


If your delivery is missing, we must reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. If your tracking shows the item(s) as delivered, they are ineligible for refund/replacement.


When will I get my order?

Book Boxes

Subscription renews on the 7th every other month. Boxes ship bi-monthly. You should expect your book box to ship in the timeframe listed on the product page of the item. After the box is shipped, timing is out of our hands. If you haven’t received your package after 7 days from the label being created( with no updates from the carrier) please email us so that we can investigate further.


Merch

Processing times vary, but generally speaking merch items ship within 5-8 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.


What do I do if my item is damaged?

If you have an issue with your order please email us directly at help@grimoireandalchemy.com or so that we can help determine the best course of action. 


Do you allow cancellations of orders?

Once an order has been successfully placed on our website, it cannot be canceled or modified unless it meets specific criteria as outlined below.

  • If a customer accidentally places a double order for the same items, they must contact us via email or the contact link on the website immediately to request cancellation of the duplicate item. 
  • If a customer accidentally placed a double order for the same items in multiple transactions, they must contact us via email or the contact link on the website immediately to request cancellation of the duplicate order.

Proof of accidental double orders may be required for verification purposes.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined by this policy.

How can I become a Featured Author for G&A?

We are always on the lookout for new authors to feature in our boxes, please fill out the Author Interest form in our Instagram bio.


Please note that while we would love to feature every author who reaches out, our spots are limited. Submission of an interest form does not guarantee a spot.


How can I become a vendor/artist for G&A?

We are always looking for new artist to help us curate covers for our boxes.

What do you consider to be a “signed” book?

We consider both hand signatures and hand-stamped signatures to be signed by authors. We will be forthcoming if an author is hand stamping. Additionally, in the event we have digital signatures for authors we will have that information posted in the product listing and in social media advertisements.
